Denny Macha is the founder and an associate of HPower & Associates, LLC, a Michigan-based company whose primary focus is working with leaders of organizations to develop responsibility-based, trust-centered workplaces.

Prior to founding HPower & Associates in 1991, Denny worked 18-years in the aerospace industry.  With a Masters Degree in metallurgical engineering, his work in the aerospace industry ranged from conducting high temperature materials research at the Air Force Materials Laboratory to operations and business management in the private sector.  During his thirteen years in the private sector, Denny served in various roles including a director at the corporate research center and as general manager of a manufacturing division whose bargaining unit employees were represented by the United Auto Workers.

Today, Denny serves a wide variety of customers in business and industry, government agencies, education, and non-profit organizations.  

As an Integro Leadership Institute Associate, Denny works with leaders of organizations to establish and maintain trust-centered workplaces where all employees are responsible and accountable for their work.  Using proven development processes that are integral to the customer’s operating strategy; he works to strengthen teams and leaders to positively impact group and organization performance.   

Denny collaborates with a diverse network of associates to meet customer needs.  If a customer desires, he will equip their internal consultants, trainers, and coaches to effectively utilize many of the learning resources he uses in his work.  In addition to serving organizational customers, Denny works with other business owners who desire to build or expand their independent consulting, training and businesses.

To provide high-value solutions, Denny maintains professional relationships with several learning and development companies.  In addition to being an Integro Leadership Institute Associate, Denny is an Authorized Inscape Publishing Distributor, an associate of CRK Interactive, and a Vital Learning Company Affiliate.  In 1991 he was certified by William Bridges & Associates to present Transition Management workshops based on the Bridges Transition Model. 

Denny and his wife, Mardee, grew up in  Michigan and have lived in  Muskegon since 1979.  They have two daughters; one living in Spring Lake, MI and the other residing with her husband in  California.
