The purpose of HPower & Associates, LLC is to equip people to experience a more success-filled life.

MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of HPower & Associates, LLC includes:

• Building relationships with individuals, groups, and organizations who desire to experience greater success in life            
• Maintaining proficiency in the use of selected high-value learning and development processes and resources            
• Providing consulting, training, and coaching service-products that meet the identified needs of customers in our primary service areas

OUR VISION

HPower & Associates, LLC is the primary means by which we do the work we are called to do.  We are recognized as a positive presence—in our local community as well as among our customers and our associate base.  We strive to be obedient and faithful stewards of the resources and opportunities for service presented to us by God.

We are accountable to our customers, our Associates, a Council of Advisors, one another, and ultimately to the Lord.  Members of our Council of Advisors include business persons from the Christian community and others who know us through various life experiences.

The primary focus of our work is to enhance the effectiveness, productivity, and joy our customers experience through their work life.  We serve a wide-range of organizational systems, including schools, for-profit and non-profit organizations, government units, and churches.  We encourage customers to network with one another and benefit from shared experiences.

Our approach to the work we do is focused yet flexible, and always respectful of those with whom we interact.  We use researched and time-tested state-of-the-art processes and resources to enhance the learning and development experiences presented to customers.  We strengthen our professional and business competencies by maintaining active membership in selected professional organizations, and through continuing education and self-development.

Believing that to work is an inherent desire of all people and that all people want to do great work, we strive to enable customers to access the full potential of their personal and corporate assets.  We assist them in developing and maintaining a personal and corporate environment where spiritual, emotional, and physical growth is nurtured and the legitimate needs of each stakeholder are met.

When appropriate, we collaborate with other professionals to design and deliver initiatives to meet our customers’ needs.  We work with customers on an individual basis or as members of a learning consortium.  We conduct our work on-site or near our customer's location.  We present public seminars and workshops when appropriate.  We speak at conferences and group meetings to raise the awareness of the benefits derived from investments made in creating and maintaining effective and productive trust-centered workplace relationships.

We assist customers in establishing and maintaining effective in-house learning and development capabilities by equipping their staff consultants, trainers, and coaches to utilize selected resources and processes.

We assist others who desire to develop or enhance their independent consulting, training, or coaching efforts by enabling them to access high-value learning and development resources and processes, and linking them to associates who can encourage and support them in the growth of their independent business.
